Shield Engineers run the program; AI is how they work. They are the Quantum Shield team that runs the stack. The tools are the body: allowlisting, ringfencing, and elevation; prevention, EDR, and rollback; DNS-layer protection; email threat, spam, and phishing defense; awareness training, phishing simulations, and dark-web watch; monthly vulnerability scans; and managed SOC on Stack + SOC. A yearly penetration test sits on top of Stack and Stack + SOC — $25,000 minimum, required, billed annually, led on the QSS side by Will Burke IV. Proof is William Burke IV (CISO — cyber and pen test) and Terry L. Stockholm (FSO — CMMC). Leadership is Mark A. Putiyon, President, and Sebastian P. Paliath, CEO.

$90 per endpoint per month. At 200 endpoints that is $18,000 per month. At 1000 that is $90,000 per month, plus $25,000 per year for the required penetration test (minimum, billed annually). Stack-only commercial is $70. Certified 501(c)(3) nonprofits may request $80 / $60 with a determination letter. Medical offices pay $90. Quantity is 200–1000. Above 1000, request an enterprise quote.
